Mike has been with Central Group for just under two years. Not only has Mike come into the business and developed a number of accounts, but he has also penetrated significantly into the increase of Central Group’s customer base. He has done this with great humility creating a great rapport with both clients and co-workers. Mike brings enthusiasm and joy to all parts of his role.
Collins Taruvinga, Neutronic Technologies
A confident, approachable, and commercially aware Engineer with a bright future at Neutronic Technologies. Collins Taruvinga has been an integral component to the development of our Servo Department over the last 2 years and overall growth of Neutronic Technologies. An exceptional academic that has excelled in the workplace to now oversee his own department.
Adam Daffern, Westin Drives
Adam joined us four years ago part way through his HNC. We supported him to complete his apprenticeship and on through university studies, culminating in the award of a First-Class Honours Degree. He has progressed to become a key member of staff, researching, and implementing control system remote access solutions, providing our customers with outstanding support and developing two junior apprentices in his department.
Greig Johnston, Sulzer
Since beginning his apprenticeship with Sulzer in 2018, Greig has committed his time to learning all that he can about Mechanical Engineering and has taken every opportunity to develop his skills. In under 5 years, Greig has gained his Level 4 Apprenticeship, a Higher National Certificate (HNC) and a Higher National Diploma (HNC) and is now looking to start a degree in Engineering.
